I think those actress and actors went for surgery because they had no choice but must look they think is “good” in front of the people. It is their way to fame and career. It must be hard on them because they had to lose their real identity, into another body form that might deform. Yet most of them got back was sarcasm and backstabbings. So either way there are gain and lost.
