crazy1 86 had signed offThe girl was so scared she locked all her doors and windows. she made sure her room was secured. she was so scared if it was a joke or for real. she didnt know when he was going to come. the girl was frighten so she decided to sleep with her little sister.
The girl dozed off quickly. then she heard a knock on the window, the girl slowly walked to the window. it started knocking louder.The girl looked through the windows and saw nothing. just some of the tree branches.The girl went back to bed with her sister.
The bed was wet and a pretty smells horrid. maybe her sister wet the bed… the girl checked and found blood everywhere. the girl panicked. she didn’t know what to do. she ran and hide in the closet incase the guy was still there for her. while looking through the cracks of the closet the girl saw a shadow.
It was dark so she couldn’t figure out who it was. she started to get more frighten. the man crept closer to the closet. the girl closed her eyes as if it was a dream. then suddenly, he opened the closet door and pulled her out. her parents found her dead. she was skinned all the way and was hung in her sister’s closet..

2 years after the the sisters deaths, her parents got pregnant with a baby boy the girls room became a guest bedroom and the little sisters room where the murder took place became the baby’s room.The baby grew up to be a sucessful kid. one night he was on the computer and got a instant message.h0tNsPiCy91:”hey lil bro!!!”

kept us a secret from you.They should burn in hell.”Later the boy checked the closet and saw the carvings.Was it true?He surfed the internet and everything was there about the anonymous murder in.The next morning the boy went downstairs, it was very quiet. Maybe mom and dad were still asleep he thought.
Hours later….the boy found his parents in their closets skinned and hung. Then he found more carvings which says:
” I TOLD YOU I WASNT LYING. LITLE BROTHER, I LOVED MOM AND DAD…. BUT THEY KEPT ME A SECRET. I CANT BELIEVE IT. WELL I’M FREE FROM THIS COLD WORLD. I WONT HURT YOU LIKE HOW THEY DIED I LOVE YOU ……LISA SMITH”
Scary eh? I tried looking for “smith sisters murdered anonymously” too…..and it really came up…i had to ask the person who mailed it to me whether was it true or not..

This is a bunch of crap!! I read this article earlier tonight because i recieved it via e-mail. It scared the crap out of me at first until I took the time to research the actual event. I came to find out that it wasn’t true. All the so called “facts” showed they couldn’t be proved. This was based on a murderor from the 1950’s that died, in the mental institution he was sentenced to, from cancer. This obviously can’t be true and people need to drop the sick joke that they’re playing with the e-mail.

ok i know this isnt true because of this..first of all, someone can put ANYTHING on google and it still wont be true, and second of all, it says it took place in 1993..and then the “sister said to the little bro” that she died 15 yrs ago..that would make it 2008 already, and my callendar says 2006…and im glad the murderer took the time to let her carve things in the floor and why she didnt use the carving object on him? i really dont know..

just for the record, this supposedly happens in plainfield, wisconsin. i live in a neighboring town, and i know firsthand that this NEVER ocurred. believe me, when plainfield has a population of probably 800 or so, and my town is even smaller, you know everyone and everything about their lives. there isn’t, or wasn’t for that matter, a lisa smith in plainfield. so there’s the absolute truth. not even mentioning the discrepancies in the story.

this is just like all other classis urban legends. it’s not based on fact, but made for a reason. the fact that it started off with an IM convo immediately makes it seem realistic. this is because so many people have rising horrors of being stalked online. but the lack of evidence and the disproven “facts” make it totally unbelievable. it’s an urban legend: made you scare you. This is bull, the lil sister is murdered, and she doesnt even wake up? she only wakes up wen she smells sumthing? Rather than scream for help or run from the room, the older girl hides in the closet. i found a page to discredit the whole thing, their are heaps of inconsistensies in the story.
Its a good point that the math dose not match up at all, (see if you can figure it out, has to do with the total years w8ed, and how many years could have actualy gone by due to age)

I can proove this is wrong right away. It says fifteen years later, the kid was IMed by his sisters, they died in 1993. 1993 + 15=2008. Looks to me like this is 2006.. And if the sisters were killed in 1993, how did they get messaged by someone on Yahoo Messanger? It didn’t come out till 1999, in ‘93 the only thing you could chat with people with would have been an IRC or an internet chat. Wisconsin, is a community of less than a thousand people located in central Wisconsin. As its one claim to fame, it was the birthplace of Ed Gein, a farmer who was convicted of murdering one woman in 1957 and confessed to having killed another in 1954. His notoriety came, however, from his use of dead bodies: he mutilated the corpses of women, cutting off a variety of their body parts and fashioning these into macabre items.
As one might suspect, murder in Plainfield is relatively rare. As one might further suspect, no two teen girls named Lisa and Sarah Smith were murdered in that town in 1993, nor their parents a number of years later. The story is fiction, plain and simple, just another example of the ‘bad things will happen to you if you don’t forward this chain letter’ genre. (The concept is stated explicitly in its text: “this is a death chain. if you dont send this in the next hour the parents will kill you at night.”) We discuss another example of this type of chain letter — one that uses a photo to tell its chilling tale — in our “Bed Reckoning” article.
Numerous inconsistencies in the Internet-circulated story provide enough clues to its being fiction that even those lacking access to online news archives should be able to dismiss it as an attempt to yank their chains:
The younger sister is murdered while the older girl is either sleeping beside or going to the window to check on an odd sound, yet the older sibling hears nothing happening in the room and is alerted to something’s being amiss only because the bed is wet and ill-smelling upon her return to it.
Rather than scream for help or run from the room, the older girl hides in the closet.
The older sister is pulled from the closet by her murderer and her body is returned there to be hung for her parents to discover, yet while she’s in this closed space before her killer takes her from it, she carves hers and her sister’s names and the time and date. If she had something with which to gouge messages into the floorboards or onto the walls, why didn’t she use it to stab at her attacker and escape his clutches? Also, wasn’t it thoughtful of her murderer to afford her time to finish her woodworking escapades before coming for her?
The parents (who we presume are sleeping in the same house, since the story doesn’t mention their being absent that night) hear nothing of their two daughters being murdered.
The son (who we work out from the story is 12 years old: “15 years ago” less “2 years after the the sisters deaths” less a nine-month gestation period) lives those twelve years in the murder room yet never once notices the message carved in the closet.
The girls were murdered “In 1993″ yet the IM’ing ghost of one of them informs her brother she died “15 years ago.” Our calendar says it’s 2005, not 2008.
Instant message capability didn’t become an online reality until 1997 when AOL introduced its Instant Messenger service. Yahoo Messenger (which the narrative tells us was used by the murderer to contact one of the sisters prior to his killing her) began in 1999. However, while IM didn’t exist in 1993, chat rooms did — IRC (Internet Relay Chat) was most certainly part of the cyber world at least as far back as 1993, else I retain rather vivid yet baseless false memories of what I was doing with a great many of my nights back then.
If all this seems too silly to bother dissecting, we initially thought so too. Then we read this discussion at alexlab.com, which shows at least some folks have been taking the story somewhat seriously.

It is not even a matter of looking it up. It doesn’t need to be studied or anything, because it automatically registered a 10 out of 10 on my malarky meter from the very first sentence.
Maybe no one in the real world really believes this, and I’ve accidentally come across a few internet weirdos who believe in ghost stories– in which case, I completely understand.
Besides all that, the poorly-written style is just upsetting. I can hardly read it without skimming because my mind is stumbling over each wrongly-spelled word as I force myself on so I can finally be finished with it.

If nothing else will convince some of you this is completely false, consider this:
Some versions state the year of the sister’s death as 1993, some versions don’t give a year. Now, not only is 1993 plus 15 2008 (last time I checked, still a bit of a ways off), but in the versions that don’t give a year, 15 years ago was 1991. Let’s check our history kids: Instant Messaging wasn’t introduced until 1997.
Let’s wait until 2012 until we freak out, k?

i know for a fact that this is not true, it says it was over insant messenger well, aim instant messanger did not come out untill 1997 and the reports say that Yahoo instant messanger was ussed but yahoo’s im service came out in 1999 ; they say the murders happend on November 17, 1993. although chat rooms were available to the publick durring this year, it is very un-likely for that to be the key to the murders of the Smith sisters.

umm yeah. You believers are retarded. Instant Messaging didnt start until 1997. The story says these girls were murdered in 1993. the story also states that Yahoo Messenger was used; that didnt exsist until 1999. Also, there were no murders in 1993 in Plainfield, Wisconsin. The story is just inconsistant. Why did the killer allow the girl enough time to carve her name and her sisters name in the floorboards or walls? What did she use to carve and why didnt she use it in her own self defense? Was her sister killed beside her or was she killed while “Lisa” was at the window? Why didnt the girl hear her sister being killed? or notice any movement(skinning anything requires alot of pulling and jerking)? Why didnt the parents wake up? I know its not true but suppose it is true about the death and someone who was passing the chain letter changed the who thing (except the ICR or whatever) about the IM to make it show flaws. And since the boy finds out in 2008 could it be a future crime? A crime that the kller has been planning for some time? Just trying to guess what could happen makes my hair stand. I just wanted to stop by and say that this story is indeed a phony. Anyone who even for a second believes it should seriously consider slapping themselves in the face for being so stupid.
The story’s weak points:
- The older girl walks to the window to investigate a strange noise while her sister is murdered. However, she doesn’t know that her sister was killed until she returned to the bed.
- The parents know nothing of their daughters being killed, nor do they hear the girls’ screams as they are skinned alive. What, are they deaf?
- The older sister, upon finding that there is a murderer in her room, runs in the closet in stead of screaming for help or running from the room.
- She carves her name and the date she was being murdered in the closet floor. Why the heck would you do that? That’s very stupid. And if you had something to carve a message into wood with, why not defend yourself with that sharp object?
- It was very nice of the murder to let the girl carve her name before he pulled her out of the closet.
- Instant Messaging was made 4 years after this story supposedly takes place.
- The story was supposed to have happened in 1993, and says that fifteen years later, the brother got an IM. The story began circulating in 2005. Looks like somebody got the math wrong, because for fifteen years to have passed from 1993, it would be 2008, not 2005.
- How could the boy live 12 years in his room without seeing those carvings on the floor?
- Once again, how did the boy not know his parents were being skinned alive by ghosts?
- Ghosts aren’t real.
- The girl supposedly locked all her doors and windows before going to bed. So we must assume that the murderer forced his way into the house. This was not heard how?
- Who in their right mind would not tell someone if they were being threatened online? She was supposedly scared out of her wits, but she kept the secret to herself? I would be freaked out if that happened to me. And she would probably know that the “strange noise” was the murderer breaking in (or at least assume so, considering she was so scared), but she walks up to investigate like it’s nothing. What happened to her fear?
This story is total garbage. I hate it when people make up stuff like this simply to scare people. Whoever wrote this should seriously make up a story that makes sense . . . or stop making trash up and sending it on the Internet.
One final note: Where did the “If you don’t send this the parents will kill you” bit come from? The parents would probably kill their son for not telling people they were murdered, who would kill the witnesses to his murder, and so on. Where did chain letters fit into the story?
If you get this e-mail, write back and prove to the one that sent it to you that the story is obviously fake and don’t pass the stupid story on.

Okay, you guys really need to look at the facts:

my name is karen and i am here to say that to a certain extent this is infact true but the sick son of a bitch who wrote this should be locked away i was lisa’s best friend and i know most people dont believe this story but i assure you that most of it is true and i will tell you what is and isnt. first off lisa was killed and so was her sister and the chat was real it was an ircs and the man was never caught or even identified sara was 13 and lisa was 17 not 15 and 19 there was never a son because the parents died shortly after the mother jumped to her death on a bridge a few months after and the husband shot himself a week after his wife’s plunge they were infact out that night at a bar getting fucking drunk they came home and didnt find the girls until the next day when they woke up around 1 pm the backdoor was broken into and lisa didnt hide in the closet she wasnt that stupid she was thrown into the closet while her sister was raped and murdered in her own bed that carvings of the floor were made earlier that day by both her and her sister they were very close there was a date but it was their birthdays not their deaths day lisa was ripped from the closet and knocked her head on the door jam when the murderer came for her it knocked her unconsious and he raped then skined her to death they were both savagely murdered and for some one to take a sad tragedy like that and turn it into a fun playtime spook story is fucking sick i miss lisa she was not just my best friend she was like my sister i bet you are thinking this also is bull shit but its not i know cause i was there we were awoken by the door being broken into from down stairs and she told me to hide so i hid under the bed that sara who was deaf was still sleeping on the man never knew i was there the police found me and i was in shock i couldnt move or even blink but tears were still rolling down one side of my face and i couldnt speak for a whole week it haunts me that there was nothing i could do but more so that i did nothing and i did google research too it comes up with over 100,000 things on that topic so keep searching you will find the real story and ne one who lives near plainsfield can go to the library and look up the news paper records its there i promise you i want nothing but clarity i want the world to stop being stupid and leave my friend alone she has obviously been through enough and so has her sister just please let their spirits rest if you get a chain letter like this please tell who ever sent it to you that its true but no brother and no skinned parents let them know what really happen and ask them to pass that information on to the person who sent it to them please help me get this straight with the world i love a good spook story as good as the next person but for someone to take a real life tragedy and turn it into a chainletter and a stupid mean cruel hurtful one at that should be chastised i dont fully expect for ppl to be,lieve this but i thank those that do like i said keep searching its there and lisa would have never killed ne one she was too gentle to do so thank you Karen Whitfield

Okay.. This is just my opinion, but I think that it’s fake. even if it was fake and badly thought up it was entertaining.. And for those of you who are making fun of those who do think it happened, it was a somewhat scary story and if the person scares easily, they would probably believe it.. But like i said, thats just my opinion.

this isn’t true.i looked it up cause i had nuffin else to do && found out that it was a murder in the 1950s && some pathetic moron prolly had nuffin else to do so he changed the years on it && reposted it.don’t freak out people it happened a long time ago.&& don’t forget that there are not 15 years from1993-2005 there are only 12 years.so everyone just chill out.

Stop copying the evidence from Snopes and putting it here! Seriously, Snopes has policies against doing that. At least reword your points, like I did.

And, this is to that one person who said that nobody would want to make up a story with death in it:

It is all FAKE. Here is why.
The younger sister is murdered while the older girl is either sleeping beside or going to the window to check on an odd sound, yet the older sibling hears nothing happening in the room and is alerted to something’s being amiss only because the bed is wet and ill-smelling upon her return to it.
Rather than scream for help or run from the room, the older girl hides in the closet.
The older sister is pulled from the closet by her murderer and her body is returned there to be hung for her parents to discover, yet while she’s in this closed space before her killer takes her from it, she carves hers and her sister’s names and the time and date. If she had something with which to gouge messages into the floorboards or onto the walls, why didn’t she use it to stab at her attacker and escape his clutches? Also, wasn’t it thoughtful of her murderer to afford her time to finish her woodworking escapades before coming for her?
The parents (who we presume are sleeping in the same house, since the story doesn’t mention their being absent that night) hear nothing of their two daughters being murdered.
The son (who we work out from the story is 12 years old: “15 years ago” less “2 years after the the sisters deaths” less a nine-month gestation period) lives those twelve years in the murder room yet never once notices the message carved in the closet.
The girls were murdered “In 1993″ yet the IM’ing ghost of one of them informs her brother she died “15 years ago.” Our calendar says it’s 2005, not 2008.
Instant message capability didn’t become an online reality until 1997 when AOL introduced its Instant Messenger service. Yahoo Messenger (which the narrative tells us was used by the murderer to contact one of the sisters prior to his killing her) began in 1999. However, while IM didn’t exist in 1993, chat rooms did — IRC (Internet Relay Chat) was most certainly part of the cyber world at least as far back as 1993, else I retain rather vivid yet baseless false memories of what I was doing with a great many of my nights back then.

I’m not going to lecture you people for believing this nonsense. However, I am going to tell most of you to “GO BACK TO SCHOOL”. I could careless about what you believe. But, honestly, I had to stop reading comments less then halfway through because the way you people talk drives me crazy. How old are you all anyway? Do you know how to speak? How to spell? I apologize to those of you who actually do have some intellect. The rest of you, take an English course or something. I wish you luck in learning how to speak and write.
As for the story, believe what you want. I personally don’t believe a ghost can contact anyone through a computer. And for the two people on here who claimed to be “Lisa Smith”, grow up. Even if there was a Lisa Smith who was murdered, respect the dead. No, I don’t believe most of this story. Maybe a Lisa Smith was murdered. Who knows? But I don’t believe she murdered her parents. And I don’t believe she contacted her supposed brother on the computer. People are murdered everyday. But you don’t hear about them coming back to talk to loved one’s on the computer or comming back to murder someone. This is grade school stuff.

Oh yeah. Please, if you’re comming on here to post a site to check out on this story, please don’t waist your time. Half of you people are copying what’s being said on other sites. If we want to know what in says on snopes.com, then we can check it out ourselves. Don’t pretend to have figured out all the lies by yourself. Quit copying from other websites. We know it couldn’t have happened 15 years ago in 1993. We you would run from the room screaming instead of hiding in your closet. We know that if your sister was being murdered with you right there, you would hear it. And we know that if you were being murdered and you had a sharp object handy, then you would use it to protect yourself. It doesn’t need to be stated a million times. Thanks.
